- 1. 根据《商业发展论坛》2006年7月4日出版的本项目总采购通告进行此次招标。
2. 中华人民共和国已从国际复兴开发银行 (以下简称世界银行)获得一笔以多种货币计算的贷款，用于支付重庆城市环境项目的费用，并计划将一部分贷款用于运输设备的合格支付。

注：第四包中每套升降装置和后进料压机[04-1]各配置一套独立的液压电控装置，分别用于两个地面式收集点，其中一个点由一套独立的液压电控装置构成一套控制系统，另一个点由四套独立的液压和电控装置构成另一套控制系统。
4.本次招标采用世行采购指南规定的国际竞争性招标程序，面向在采购指南中定义的所有合格的成员国。
5.有兴趣的合格投标人可在下述地址得到进一步的信息和查阅招标文件。
6.招标文件英文版每套售价为1000元人民币或 125美元。并可从2007年3月6日起每天(节假日除外) 9:00—11:30/13:00—16:30 (北京时间)在中仪国际招标公司购买招标文件。
7.所有投标书应于2007年4月17日北京时间上午10时之前递交到重庆市固体废弃物处理有限公司会议室，并须附有不低于投标报价2% 的投标保证金。迟交的投标文件将被拒绝。同时在重庆市固体废弃物处理有限公司会议室公开开标。届时请参加投标的代表出席开标仪式。

- 1. This invitation for bids follows the general procurement notice for this project that appeared in Development Business; issue at July 4, 2006.
- 2. People’s Republic of China (PRC) has received a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and International Development Association (hereinafter called the World Bank) in various currencies towards the cost of Chongqing Urban Environment Project. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contracts for supplying Waste Collection Vehicles and Equipments.
- 3. The INSTRIMPEX International Tendering Company, (CNIITC, Procurement agent) for and on behalf of Chongqing Solid Waste Treatment Company (the purchaser), Now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Waste Collection Vehicles and Equipment as follows:

- 4. Notice: In Package 4 each set of lifting unit and back feeding compressor [04-1] must be equipped with one set of hydraulic electronic control system. The control system will be used in two garbage collection points. One control system is composed of one separate set of hydraulic control unit. Another one is composed of four separate hydraulic electronic control unit.
- 5. Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive bidding procedures specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the World Bank Standard Bidding Documents: Procurement of Goods, January 1995, revised March 2000, January 2001, March 2002, and March 2003.
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of CNIITC. (Address is listed below)
- 6. Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by any interested bidder at working time from March 6, 2007 (Beijing Time) (holidays excepted) at the CNIITC upon payment of a non-refundable fee of US$ 125 or RMB 1,000 for each set.
7. Bids must be delivered to Chongqing Solid Waste Treatment Company (Address is listed below) on or before 10:00 A.M. on April 17, 2007 (Beijing Time). All bids must be accompanied with a bid security of not less than 2% of bid price or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened thereafter in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the above address.
