- 3. The interested applicants may obtain the Prequalification Document in English from the procurement agent office (address below) at the working time upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of RMB1200 or equivalent US dollars or euros.
- 4. Applications must be delivered to the Employer (address below) at or before 16:00 p.m. on April 22, 2009. Late applications will not be accepted.
- 5. The Employer will notify all Applicants in writing of the names of those Applicants who have been prequalified. It is expected that the Invitation for Bids will be made in June, 2009.
