The P.R.China has applied for a loan from the World Bank toward the cost of Nanning Integrated Urban Environment Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to eligible payments under the contract of Construction Civil Works, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Equipment and Plant for Jiangnan Wastewater Treatment Works (Phase II) (Capacity: 240,000m3/d).

Instrimpex International Tendering Company (CNIITC), entrusted by and on behalf of Guangxi Nanning Water Co., Ltd will now conduct the prequalification procedure on bidders. The Prequalification will be open to all bidders from eligible source countries, as defined in the Bank’s guidelines.

A complete set of the Prequalification Document in English may be purchased in CNIITC upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of CNY 500 or USD 80 at working time (8:00 am-16:30 pm) from 4 September, 2009.

Applications for prequalification should be delivered to the employer at 10:00 am on 16 October, 2009.
