- 1. The Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China has received an ODA Loan from JAPAN BANK FOR INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION (hereinafter referred to as JBIC), in the amount of JPY8,400,000,000.00 towards the cost of Anhui Water Environmental Improvement Project (Loan No.: C06-P223) dated on March 30, 2007, and intends to apply the proceeds of the loan to payments under:
- Bid No.: 0703-1030CIC4E033 Package No. 2-5: Equipmentof Water Treatment Plant
- 2. The Purchaser now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders from eligible source countries for the supply of the Goods for the purpose of the Project.
- 3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information on the bid form and inspect the bidding documents from 9:00a.m. to 11:00a.m. (Beijing Time) and 1:30p.m. to 4:30p.m. (Beijing Time) on working days from May 27, 2010to July15, 2010 (Weekend and hulidays excepted) at the office of the Purchaser: Southeast corner,1st floor, Genertec Plaza, No. 90, Xisanhuan ZhongLu, Fengtai District, 100055 Beijing, P. R. China, Tel No.: 86-10-63348969, Fax No.: 86-10-63373645.
- 4. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder on the submission of a written application to the above address and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of RMB1800.-(VAT included) for Package No.2-5, an extra RMB200.- express mail postage shall be added.
- 5. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than twopercent (2%) of Total Bid Price, and must be delivered in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders at or before 9:30a.m., July 15, 2010, (Beijing Time), and will be publicly opened immediately thereafter.
- 6. The Purchaser will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of bids.
