- 1. The P.R.China has received a loan from International Bank for Reconstruction and Development/International Development Association towards the cost of Liuzhou Environment Management Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the ICB contract Procurement of Water Quality Monitoring Equipment for Liujiang River (Contract No.:IP-EQ-01/A) (ICB No.: 0703-1010CIC5Y028).
- 2. Instrimpex International Tendering Company (CNIITC), the authorized Procurement Agent of the Purchaser as shown below, now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the Goods and related services mentioned above.
- 3. The Bidding Document may be purchased in CNIITC from July 7, 2010 upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of RMB 1000 or equivalent USD147 for English version. For mail order, the documents will be sent by courier services at an additional fee of RMB100 for domestic delivery or USD 20 for overseas delivery.
- 4. Bids must be delivered to the meeting room of Purchaser’s address given below at or before 10:00 a.m. (Beijing Time) on August 18, 2010. Late bids will be rejected.
