1. Jiutai Urban Construction & Property Management Company Limited has received a loan from KfW Development bank towards the cost of the Jiutai Central Heating Project (Bid No.: 0703-1050CIC2P429) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to eligible payments under the contract for which this Invitation for Bids is issued.

2. Instrimpex International Tendering Company (CNIITC) invites sealed bids according to the regulations in force in German Government for the loan to China. KfW’s Single-Stage two Envelope Bidding Procedure will be applied. The bidder can choose any one or more of the following three packages:

Package No.1: 5 sets of 58MW Chain-grate hot water boilers; Package No.2: Primary Pipe Network and 29 Heat Exchanger Substations; Package No.3: Electrical and Automatic Control Equipment;

3. To obtain further information, interested eligible bidders can contact the following address between 8:30—11:30 and 13:00—16:00 (Beijing Time) from August13, 2010 during workdays. For purchasing bidding document the Bidder should pay a non-refundable fee of RMB￥6000 or US$ 900 in cash for each package.
